For a team of 150 to 250 we usually run two stations so the line moves and nobody misses the rest of the program. One operator keeps 30 to 45 shirts an hour flowing; a second doubles that. We stock Bella+Canvas 3001 in a full size range so the fit works for everyone, and we build a couple of design options in advance so guests feel like they are choosing, not just collecting.
